We start with a deep-dive into your current financials, systems, and goals. From there I build a working plan — usually some mix of cleanup, reporting setup, and forward-looking financial planning. We’ll set set a regular cadence (weekly or monthly) to review.

You get senior-level financial guidance without the full-time salary. Most of my clients don't need a full-time CFO — they need someone experienced for a few hours a week or a focused project. Fractional means you scale up or down as your business changes.

It depends on the engagement. Hourly for coaching and one-off support, project-based for defined initiatives, and a monthly retainer for ongoing CFO work. We'll talk through what makes sense for you on the consultation call.
