FOR: Established small businesses that need senior financial leadership but aren't ready (or don't need) to hire a full-time CFO.

I serve as your fractional CFO, owning forecasting, financial reporting, cash management, and strategic decision support. We meet on a regular cadence, and I work alongside your bookkeeper and CPA so nothing falls through the cracks.

Strategic Projects

FOR: Business owners launching, expanding, or transitioning and need support on a specific project or initiative.

OFFERING: You have a defined initiative with a beginning and an end. I scope and deliver the full project: financial modeling, operational workflows, and the back-end administrative work so you can focus on execution. When the project wraps, we hand off cleanly or roll into an ongoing engagement if that's the right call.

FOR: New business owners and anyone with a specific, one-off financial or operational question they want help thinking through.

OFFERING: You have an idea, a brand-new business, or a particular piece of the back-end you're stuck on. I help you build the foundation: entity formation, business plan, starter budget, systems and tooling, or whatever specific question is in the way. Good fit if you're not yet sure whether you need ongoing support.
